Programme overview

Officially launched in 2013, Psybergate Software Graduate Programme is an intensive 12-month programme that builds upon the academic knowledge acquired during university studies and aims to create world-class software developers.

Graduates are mentored full-time by experienced software professionals with extensive experience in building software, solving problems, and mentoring graduates and technical professionals. The programme’s express intention is to prepare graduates to build real-world solutions for real-world business problems in the ever-changing IT industry.

Designed to refine core software skills in full-stack technologies, this programme sets itself apart from similar programmes. Feedback from clients and graduates indicate that this is one of the best available Software Programme for graduates and aspiring developers in South Africa. One of the distinguishing factors is the dedicated time spent each day with a seasoned software expert and the input provided by experienced developers.

This programme is infused with rigorous programming exercises and soft skills development relevant to the business environment. Its goal is to develop well-rounded and confident consultants prepared for any software project and for multiple client environments. Supplementary training includes professionalism, soft skills, consulting skills, communication skills, productivity and time management, personal finance, and money management.

“We offer not only a strong conceptual and practical foundation but also a chance to work with industry experts devoted to preparing you for the challenges you will face.“
