Programme overview

Officially launched in 2013, the Psybergate Software Graduate Programme is an intense 12-month full-time programme that builds upon the academic knowledge acquired during university studies.

It is a practical programme infused with rigorous programming exercises. The programme is designed to refine core software skills in Java and JEE, to help participants build real-world solutions for real-world business problems.

Graduates will be mentored by an experienced software professional with extensive experience in building software, solving problems and mentoring graduates.  Its express intention is to prepare graduates for building world-class software.

“We offer not only a strong conceptual and practical foundation, but also a chance to work with industry experts who are devoted to preparing you for the challenges you will face.”

Further to the technical components, participants of the Psybergate software Graduate Programme are also mentored on various relevant soft skills to help ensure fully rounded and confident consultants are placed with our clients. Supplementary training includes professionalism, communications skills, productivity, personal finance, and money management among others.
